With 16 years as a high-performing 360 recruiter, Brian has placed over 700 professionals across IT and digital roles. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the tech industry and has been part of the growth strategy for early-stage start-ups that went on to become major players in their industries. Brian is known for his creative approach to offering tailored recruitment solutions, cutting time-to-hire and building lasting partnerships.

Having spent most of her career in the events sector in central London, followed by five years in the charity industry, Sacha now oversees administrative, research and compliance tasks to keep Standard 8 running smoothly.

Romulus never sleeps, takes coffee breaks or calls in sick.
